As part of 5th Element's NLP Pune Practice group, this meeting will feature the screening of Constructing Social Reality which looks at the process and elements of interpreting reality. You'll explore the power of cognitive control, the Pygmalion effect, the development of prejudice, and how expectations affect behaviors like performance and compliance.

After this screening for volunteers of Connecting NGO, Master Practitioner & NLP Certified Trainer, Anil Dagia, will give 1 NLP process as an effective tool for behavioral change that the audience can apply in their daily lives.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Cult Expert Steven Hassan addresses the factors that enable cults to gain and control the minds of followers.

This is an interesting experiment showing the effects of prejudice and how incredibly rapidly these attitude changes can take hold of their perception of people.
